“6months ago my husband started bootcamp to lose weight and get fit, myself on the other hand felt I didn’t need to lose any weight so I just walked most nights. I would walk past the park and see everyone working their arses off and thought “hmmm maybe I should join in” well 3 months ago I started my journey to become a fitter, healthier person. I was petrified of looking like a twit in front of all these people as I was really unfit and didn’t think I could keep up. Well was I wrong?!? Greg fellows and the whole FBFT team were so supportive and encouraging and made each and every session enjoyable.
