“Hello there my name is John, I started recently training with Greg, now I was a little overweight but deep down I thought to myself I was relatively fit.
I got inspiration from a fellow worker who had started before me and I was seeing such quick results and his whole attitude was changing everyday, that’s when I said to myself I need to get me some of that.

“Here I was – a 40 year old tired, sleep deprived, overworked mother of 6, wife of one. I knew deep down – who was I kidding – the scales were going up and so were the clothing sizes. I could no longer keep up with my active bunch of kids. Thanks to a very direct, straight shooting doctor I understood I better do something about my health and wellbeing. I needed to exercise and diet.

I was encouraged to come and see what this PT Greg was all about. I eagerly packed my towel, my drink bottle and arrived with my friend. Really how hard could this be?
Lets just say I ended up in the fetal position moaning on my little towel after a very short time. I don’t like quitting. I came back! I very quickly learned not to utter the “C” word.
I struggled to build up my fitness and stamina. I had to relearn how to eat healthily while watching portion sizes.

Hi my name is Max, I joined the Fit Body Fitness Training by starting with the 6 Week Revolution Challenge and seeing where it was going to take me. So now it is over I can say that it was one of the best things I have done.
The challenge really tested me physically. I thought I had a reasonable level of fitness before starting the group training sessions. It didn’t even take a whole session before I knew my place. Who was I kidding? I had a lot of work to do.
The group training sessions are always a challenge and Greg sets up the sessions to accommodate for all different fitness levels. The workout Greg sets out for each session challenges even the fittest of people and the variety of exercises keeps each sessions fresh with the use of ropes, parachutes, kettlebells, ab wheels, weights, rip60, etc and keeping you guessing as to whats next. Over the 6 weeks there was never a time that two session where ever the same.  If you want to push yourself you can and if your fitness level not so good then you can go at your own pace. I knew after every training session I knew I had done a good workout.
With the aid of Fit Body Fitness Training’s online application you can track your nutritional program daily or weekly . As they say “You are what you eat”. The app is able to recommend the ideal nutritional program for you to achieve your goals (whatever they maybe) as well an exercise program. And I must admitt initially it was hard to get started on eating the right foods at the right time and working out if I had eaten enough or too much. After a couple of weeks I was in a good routine and knew what I had to do. The “cheat days” are great.

What I found that helped during the challenge was to monitor your weight and measurements regularly. At each measurement and weigh in I would see the weight going down and centimetres coming off here and there. These results are a guide to see if you are doing the right thing and the results don’t lie. I suppose seeing positive results made me want to work harder and harder. 
The people that attend the Fit Body Fitness training sessions are a great bunch. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help and encourage you. Having these type of people make you want to go to the training sessions, work hard and have fun.
I would recommend to anyone if your looking at doing regular exercise that is fun, that will push you and get results, to at least trying the group training session at Fit Body Fitness.

Six weeks since I started the group training sessions I have managed to lose 4.8kgs and dropped a few centimeters in the right areas as well as decreasing my body fat percentage. All thanks to the Greg and the members of Fit Body Fitness. – Max Kalalo

I am too busy, I can’t afford it, I’m getting old now, It’s in my genes, I will do it when everything settles down, I am too unfit, there’s just no time.  I have used them all!  Those excuses (I use to call them justifications) have kept me overweight for 15 years.

Here I am now at the end of my first challenge, just a couple of months after my first boot camp, and I couldn’t be happier.  The 6 week challenge has seen me shed 8.5kg and lose 12cm from my waist.  I can’t stop putting my hands on my hips I had forgotten what it was like to have a shape.

My goal when joining FBFT was weight loss so it has amazed me this week to find that I am more excited and enthused not about the weight but about my improved fitness and absolute love of exercise, I have even starting run-walking every morning.

It amazes me how Greg makes me feel like every boot camp is designed just for me.  He always seems to know just how much to push me so I constantly feel like I am striving but never feel like I am failing.  The support from other boot campers is comforting and inspirational and I feel like I am meeting with friends at every session.  But I have to say that my new greatest pleasure in life, and yes I know this is going to sound sad, is Greg’s high fives.

I know that I am a 36 year old woman and I try to remind myself of this but when his hand goes up at the end of a run it doesn’t matter what else is happening my mind is telling me to run like a 6 year old girl on a sugar high.  This 6 week challenge really has changed not only my body but my attitude to exercise and the part that it does and will continue to play in my increasingly happy life.

“Hi my name is Trudie. I’m a mother of 2 children and a teacher who no longer enjoyed an active life because I felt I simply could not do it. I was tired, lacking motivation and putting on weight in all the wrong places, I needed an outlet for myself. I needed somewhere I could go and spend some time on myself, clear my head, meet new people and start transforming my body. FTFB was my answer. I am currently in the initial phase of my training, 2 months in, and I love it, addicted in fact. With the help of FTFB team, I have been able to organise training sessions around my busy lifestyle, draft a health eating plan and actively stick to it.Previously, I have joined gyms, ran on the treadmills and pray that the weight just falls off, all while feeling in isolation and unsure of what exercise to do. The FTFB team has been able to guide me through the steps that is needed for an effective and successful transformation. In as little as 2 months, I have almost lost 5 kgs, cm’s from my waist and most importantly, I have started to regained the level I use to have 10 years ago. All I can say is thank you to Greg and his team for all their support. I know I’m only at the start of my jouney, but I know I will reach and attain my personal goals.” – Trudie Devenish-Meares

“After a major health scare almost two years ago; with the guidance and support of my family and friends and also my family doctor, I finally made a commitment to embark on a new journey; a more healthier, more active lifestyle. For me it wasn’t about losing weight. It was about learning more about nutrition and exercise, becoming leaner and more toned, and most of all being able to acknowledging the physics of my body and what was required to help prevent further medical complications and simply to live a longer more productive life.

So in February I joined the FBFT team, and never did I think I would have enjoyed it as much as i do and made the friends that I have made! I love waking up every morning knowing that I have something to look forward to at the end of everyday, yes Bootcamp/MMA/Boxing/HIIT!!!! Every session is different and just as challenging as the last! Now, i couldn’t imagine FBFT not being apart of my life and everyday routine. And it is all thanks to our wonderful, amazingly patient Personal Trainer Greg Fellows!!! He is always pushing myself and all his clients to better ourselves and accomplish our goals, to be the person that he knows we are destined and deserve to be…. Without him, his time, knowledge, and patience, we wouldn’t have come as far as we all have on this journey to becoming healthier, fitter and Happier versions of ourselves!!!

I now have a greater appreciation for life and what I make of it! I feel healthier, have expanded my knowledge and I know I am fitter, and it’s only been six months. I look forward to continuing my training with Greg and the FBFT TEAM 🙂 and achieving future goals!!!!

“I have lost 22kgs since I started exercising exactly 6mths ago. My wake up call came at xmas time when I noticed I was missing out on photo memories with my children. It was at that time I knew I needed to do something about my weight & health. The most shocking reality check for me was when I saw my full body photo at one of my first training sessions. I honestly did not know i looked that fat. I didn’t see that same person when I looked in the mirror. I’ll be honest it’s been hard work but I have loved every minute of it. I have seen some huge improvements in my fitness level but the big improvements have come from within. I am strong inside & out. I still have a long way to go & another 20kgs to loose to get to my goal weight. Even though I still find exercising hard work every day, the difference now is I know I can do it now & I enjoy it. I’m so proud of changing my eating habits & identifying my mistakes when I slip up. But I am even more proud for getting straight back on the wagon if I do slip up & turning up as much as I have & putting in the effort as it’s really hard to exercise when you are overweight. Some days it’s still hard but I won’t give up. I realised today it’s more than just loosing 22kgs & 4 dress sizes. I lost my unhappiness. When I look in the mirror I see a beautiful woman, inside & out. I don’t hide from a camera anymore. I look good & feel good. All those years of feeling sick & tired are gone. I have more energy & I owe my life to this moment when I really became alive & started living. Thanks Greg & the FBFT team & all my bootcamp friends who motivate, inspire & support me everyday. The comradeship & sense of community is amazing.”

Hi my name Carla Francisco, I first joined Fit Body Fitness Training last year with my dear friend Sophie Oudney whom encouraged, even pushed me into joining because she was worried about me always being sick and having
constant migraines. Unfortunately Sophie became sick and discovered she had Cancer and could no longer continue the 21 Challenge with me.  So I decided to keep on going and do it for her. I absolutely loved it, I think I even became addicted to exercise. In the process I met really nice people whom are always so friendly and encouraging. I did not have weight to loose, but definately discovered all the usual wobbly bits were firming up and muscles were appearing.  I was no longer sick and my migraines were gone.

So I have just finished a 6 Week Challenge  and I am feeling damn good, I think I even look better than before I had my first child almost 10 yrs ago, which is AWESOME because next year I will 40 & feeling Fabulous. My husband Chris Francisco has also completed the Challenge with me and has lost a lot of weight, centimeters and is feeling n looking fantastic! So I am definately going to keep working my hardest and having loads of fun
exercising with the fantastic Greg Fellows & his Team because He is the one that makes it all happen, by being pushy self, supportive, encouraging & making exercise fun.
