“Hello there my name is John, I started recently training with Greg, now I was a little overweight but deep down I thought to myself I was relatively fit.
I got inspiration from a fellow worker who had started before me and I was seeing such quick results and his whole attitude was changing everyday, that’s when I said to myself I need to get me some of that.
I completed a 6 week challenge , lost 6 kgs and my fitness level went through the roof. I laugh to myself now because I can actually run which I struggled to do all my life.
I have tried the gym but it doesn’t compare, the friendly people you meet have been awesome , so friendly and very supportive, Greg is absolutely awesome at what he does, very approachable and supportive, it’s so awesome to part of the team. My wife now has joined and is loving as much as me, it’s just part of our life now.

“Here I was – a 40 year old tired, sleep deprived, overworked mother of 6, wife of one. I knew deep down – who was I kidding – the scales were going up and so were the clothing sizes. I could no longer keep up with my active bunch of kids. Thanks to a very direct, straight shooting doctor I understood I better do something about my health and wellbeing. I needed to exercise and diet.
I was encouraged to come and see what this PT Greg was all about. I eagerly packed my towel, my drink bottle and arrived with my friend. Really how hard could this be?
Lets just say I ended up in the fetal position moaning on my little towel after a very short time. I don’t like quitting. I came back! I very quickly learned not to utter the “C” word.
I struggled to build up my fitness and stamina. I had to relearn how to eat healthily while watching portion sizes.
Greg, the PT checked my diet. He poked, prodded and measured. This fantastic PT never gave up – no matter what kind of foul, filthy look I threw his way. I was determined to succeed. He was determined I succeed. Greg supported me along the way, all the way. He encouraged, teased and joked and never, ever yelled!

“12 weeks ago I embarked on a challenge that would see me change the way I think, feel and behave; a challenge that I wasn’t entirely sure I was ready for – but gave it a go anyway. I first heard about Fitbody Fitness and Greg through a friend of mine and she invited me along to a session to see if I liked it…. Needless to say every week I’m frantically scurrying from work to get to as many sessions as I can. My main reason for joining in the beginning was to tone up and lose a little extra weight – the 12 week challenge I have just completed certainly showed the results and has left me keener than ever to continue now on my fitness journey. “6months ago my husband started bootcamp to lose weight and get fit, myself on the other hand felt I didn’t need to lose any weight so I just walked most nights. “After having my daughter, I found myself to have gained an extra 20 kilos during pregnancy. I knew I had to do something as I found it difficult to keep with my daughter as I was always too tired and had no energy to do anything. I joined the gym and started training by myself and found it hard and had no motivation whatsoever. “My name is Tania Williams. I work full-time and have two young children. I had not exercised since the birth of my children, my eating habits were deteriorating and I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was not feeling good about myself physically and emotionally and tended to eat for comfort. I didn’t think I had time to exercise with my demanding job and my need to prioritise my family. “Hi my name is Trudie. I’m a mother of 2 children and a teacher who no longer enjoyed an active life because I felt I simply could not do it. I was tired, lacking motivation and putting on weight in all the wrong places, I needed an outlet for myself. I needed somewhere I could go and spend some time on myself, clear my head, meet new people and start transforming my body. FTFB was my answer. I am currently in the initial phase of my training, 2 months in, and I love it, addicted in fact. With the help of FTFB team, I have been able to organise training sessions around my busy lifestyle, draft a health eating plan and actively stick to it.Previously, I have joined gyms, ran on the treadmills and pray that the weight just falls off, all while feeling in isolation and unsure of what exercise to do. The FTFB team has been able to guide me through the steps that is needed for an effective and successful transformation. In as little as 2 months, I have almost lost 5 kgs, cm’s from my waist and most importantly, I have started to regained the level I use to have 10 years ago. All I can say is thank you to Greg and his team for all their support. I know I’m only at the start of my jouney, but I know I will reach and attain my personal goals.”
“After a major health scare almost two years ago; with the guidance and support of my family and friends and also my family doctor, I finally made a commitment to embark on a new journey; a more healthier, more active lifestyle. For me it wasn’t about losing weight. It was about learning more about nutrition and exercise, becoming leaner and more toned, and most of all being able to acknowledging the physics of my body and what was required to help prevent further medical complications and simply to live a longer more productive life.
So in February I joined the FBFT team, and never did I think I would have enjoyed it as much as i do and made the friends that I have made! I love waking up every morning knowing that I have something to look forward to at the end of everyday, yes Bootcamp/MMA/Boxing/HIIT!!!! Every session is different and just as challenging as the last! Now, i couldn’t imagine FBFT not being apart of my life and everyday routine. And it is all thanks to our wonderful, amazingly patient Personal Trainer Greg Fellows!!! He is always pushing myself and all his clients to better ourselves and accomplish our goals, to be the person that he knows we are destined and deserve to be…. Without him, his time, knowledge, and patience, we wouldn’t have come as far as we all have on this journey to becoming healthier, fitter and Happier versions of ourselves!!!

“I have lost 22kgs since I started exercising exactly 6mths ago. My wake up call came at xmas time when I noticed I was missing out on photo memories with my children. It was at that time I knew I needed to do something about my weight & health. The most shocking reality check for me was when I saw my full body photo at one of my first training sessions. I honestly did not know i looked that fat. I didn’t see that same person when I looked in the mirror. I’ll be honest it’s been hard work but I have loved every minute of it. I have seen some huge improvements in my fitness level but the big improvements have come from within. I am strong inside & out. I still have a long way to go & another 20kgs to loose to get to my goal weight. Even though I still find exercising hard work every day, the difference now is I know I can do it now & I enjoy it. I’m so proud of changing my eating habits & identifying my mistakes when I slip up. But I am even more proud for getting straight back on the wagon if I do slip up & turning up as much as I have & putting in the effort as it’s really hard to exercise when you are overweight. Some days it’s still hard but I won’t give up. I realised today it’s more than just loosing 22kgs & 4 dress sizes. I lost my unhappiness. When I look in the mirror I see a beautiful woman, inside & out. I don’t hide from a camera anymore. I look good & feel good. All those years of feeling sick & tired are gone.
