“Hello Everyone…….. I’m Jaymie!! Being a mother of two (three if you include the husband lol), i was always on the go and never really took the time to make conscious decisions about my nutrition and regular exercise. I joined FBFT to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and become leaner and fitter. My weight hasn’t really fluctuated over the years, i have kind of stayed in the low-mid 60’s (depending on nutrition), but I didn’t want to get to 30 (4 years away) and say to myself that i need to get my butt into gear and do some physical exercise so i don’t run out of breath every time i am outside with my kids lol. So for me, my main goal for this year is to be fitter, be leaner and learn the fundamentals to maintaing the best, healthiest lifestyle for me and my family.
